Managing Key Firm Contacts against Clients

Key Firm Contacts give practices the ability to add relationships between staff members and clients for reporting purposes in Xeppo. Generally we pull this information from source systems, however practices can manage Key Firm Contacts against clients within Xeppo directly.

Important Details

  • Before you can add Key Firm Contacts against clients your  Practice Admin must first add the Key Firm Contact types you would like to manage within Xeppo. Instructions on this can be found by clicking here.
  • Key Firm Contacts can only be added against clients and not groups.
  • You are not able to manage Key Firm Contacts from source systems in Xeppo. These need to be managed within your source systems.

Adding Key Firm Contacts to Clients

Within the client record click Create next to the Key Firm Contacts heading.

Select the  Contact Type  and the Contact Name from the available drop down lists within the create Key Firm Contact form. 

Note
Only active Xeppo users will be available from the Contact Name drop down list.

Once you have made you selections click  Save . This will then save the Key Firm Contact against the client record.

Editing Key Firm Contacts against clients

Within the client record hover your mouse over the Key Firm Contact added in Xeppo and click the Edit Icon.

Update the Contact Type and/or the Contact Name and then click Save.

This will then update the Key Firm Contact against the client.

Deleting Key Firm Contacts against clients

Within the client record hover your mouse over the Key Firm Contact added in Xeppo and click the Delete Icon.

You will be required to confirm the deletion, and if you are happy to remove this Key Firm Contact from the client you then click on  Confirm.

This will then remove the Key Firm Contact from the client record in Xeppo.
