If you are new to using these reports or would like to refresh your knowledge, the videos below are designed to help you understand how to view information within the reports. • You can bookmark the reports and filters you use all the time so you don't have to reapply them each time you visit a report. The bookmark option is available on the top blue bar next to the 'reset filter' button.
• When using the filters within the report, the top date filters filter on the statement record date. If you would like to filter on the payment period end date instead, a filter is available in the right-hand side filter menu.
• If the dates shown in the report are in an MM/DD/YYYY format, this can be changed to a DD/MM/YYYY format by updating the language settings in your browser. If your default language is set to English (US), changing your language to English (Australian) will update the format.
