Admin Training Schedule Introduction (Existing Practice)
Welcome to your Xeppo Practice Admin Training!
This Admin Training Schedule has been designed to assist a Practice Admin user when joining a practice where Xeppo has already been implemented. The purpose of the training is to understand and review the way Xeppo is configured for the practice. All resources required are available through this Support Centre.
Training is self-guided and has been divided into 8 Phases. There are a variety of articles, videos and review tasks that form part of your learning. You will need to be signed in to the Support Centre to access Phases 1 - 8 of the Training Schedule.
Navigating the Training Schedule
Use the menu on left hand side to navigate through the various Phases of training. This will allow you to seamlessly come back to the Training Schedule and pick up where you left off. Each Phase of training is broken down into 2 tabs. Below is an outline of what you will find under each tab.
1st Tab - Self Paced Learning
- Overview: Outlines what is required to successfully complete this phase of training, the skills and knowledge you will gain upon completion, and the estimated time to complete the training (excluding review tasks).
- Topics: Under each Topic you will find links to a number of articles within the Support Centre which are relevant to understand how Xeppo has been setup for your practice. The number of topics and articles varies between each Phase. Review each of the articles. Both the articles and videos are very valuable when reviewing the current setup for your practice.
2nd Tab - Videos & Tasks
- Videos: Most phases will have one or two videos to give context to the articles you have read through - with examples and demonstration. The videos also have timestamps so you can easily find content on particular topics at a later point in time. The videos in this training schedule are from our Webinars library and can also be found within the Training & Webinars section of the Support Centre.
- Review Tasks: The Review Tasks are designed to help you understand and review how Xeppo is currently configured for your Practice. Where you believe there may be reason to make changes in conjunction with the review tasks, it is important to consider you role and authority within your practice.
Jump to relevant sections or topics using the links on the right hand side of the page. Please note that you will only be able to jump to topics on the tab you are currently on. Click on home to go to the top of the page and change to the other tab.
Training Progress Tracker
Another useful tool at your fingertips is the Training Progress Tracker. This has been implemented to assist you in effectively tracking your self-paced learning and Review Tasks. Click the link below to download the tracker. You can save it to your pc and edit it as you go; alternatively, you may choose to print it in hard copy.

Go to Phase 1 of the Admin Training Schedule in the side menu to start your journey. We hope that you enjoy the path to becoming a Xeppo Champion!
