Admin Training Schedule Introduction (Setup & Onboarding)

Welcome to your Xeppo Practice Admin Training for new practices!

The Admin Training Schedule contains everything you need to know to get your system ready for your user training. All resources required are available through this Support Centre. 

Training is self-guided and has been divided into 8 Phases - you will need to be signed in to the Support Centre to access these. There are a variety of articles, videos and tasks that form part of your learning. Phases 1, 2 and 3 can be completed prior to connectors being activated. Phases 4 to 8 are best left until you have adequate data being ingested via connectors from your source systems. 

Navigating the Training Schedule

Navigate through Phases 1 to 8 of the Training Schedule using the main menu on left hand side. This will allow you to seamlessly come back to the Training Schedule and pick up where you left off. Each Phase of training is broken down into 2 tabs. Below is an outline of what you will find under each tab.

1st Tab - Self Paced Learning

  • Overview: Outlines what is required to successfully complete this phase of training, the skills and knowledge you will gain upon completion, and the estimated time to complete the training (excluding set up tasks).
  • Topics: Under each Topic you will find links to a number of articles within the support centre which are relevant to setting up Xeppo for your practice. The number of topics and articles varies between each phase. Review each of the articles. Both the articles and videos are very valuable when undertaking set up tasks for your Practice.

2nd Tab - Videos & Tasks

  • Videos: Most phases will have one or two videos to give context to the articles you have read through with examples and demonstration. The videos also have timestamps so you can easily go back and revisit parts of the video when completing set up tasks, etc. The videos in the training phases are from our Admin User Series Webinars and can be located under that heading in the main menu also.
  • Tasks: Each task outlines something to be actioned to get your practice set up in Xeppo. Please read the notes associated to each task as there may be some prerequisites to consider before undertaking the task. If you are using the Training Progress Tracker, you will be able to easily track tasks that you have completed, and those which you will need to revisit at a later point time.
Tip
Jump to relevant sections or topics using the links on the right hand side of the page. Please note that you will only be able to jump to topics on the tab you are currently on. Click on home to go to the top of page and change to the other tab.

 

Training Progress Tracker

Another useful tool at your fingertips is the Training Progress Tracker. This has been implemented to assist you in effectively tracking your self-paced learning and tasks to be completed as part of your initial system set up. Click the link below to download the tracker. You can save it to your pc and edit it as you go; alternatively, you may choose to print it in hard copy.
