Session Summary
1 This session takes you through the matching and grouping of your data within Xeppo. Xeppo pulls data from multiple source systems such as Financial Planning, Accounting, Lending etc. The matching engine is used to match the client data from each system and then to group all related client data
2 This session covers how to create and manage users within your own Xeppo instance, how to create security groups to manage the capabilities for users and clients; and also how to secure the visibility of clients to certain users within your practice
3 This session covers the creation and use of Tags within Xeppo to allow you to classify or categorise clients or client groups
4 This session covers the creation and use of Fee Categories which allows you to categorise the income your business receives from clients by divisions and the services you provide within those divisions
5 This session covers the Data Discrepancies Process which aims to identify inconsistent data between like fields across clients and allowing you to manage that data ensuring that you have consistent and correct data across your source systems
6 This session covers the use and management of Change Requests which provide a way of notifying relevant staff responsible for updating data in a particular source system
7 This session covers the different settings that can be altered by the Practice Admin, including Themes
